We are excited about this year’s new format for the Gathering!  

Not only will we be meeting in yet another unique region of the country, we'll be changing up how we gather, with lodging (and breakfast) at the Holiday Inn Express Downtown Fort Worth and meetings (and other meals) at the First Presbyterian Church of Fort Worth, about 3 blocks away.

 

While your registration fee was payable to the Network, and holds your spot in the meeting, the lodging booking and expenses are separate and will be the attendee's responsibility.  

We have contracted for a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn Express Downtown Fort Worth that will be available at preferred pricing only until September 1, 2025.  

 

There are a limited number of rooms available at this negotiated rate, so please book early in order to secure your room.  

 

CPN rates for the 3-night stay (including breakfast Friday, Saturday, Sunday) are:

 

• 3 nights single occupancy
  $139 per night per room  (+19.3% tax)
   

• 3 nights double occupancy
  $149 per night  per room (+19.3% tax)
